Before starting a project, we need to make sure we are on the same page so there aren't misunderstandings and to protect against fraud, so please take some time to read through these terms! This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ErieCSkies (hereinafter referred to as the “Artist”) and yourself (here in after referred to as the “Client”) for the commission of an artwork ("Work"). By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to the following terms:
Client is of legal age or has a guardian to make this agreement on their behalf.
Client provides clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials or assets before Work begins.
Client will provide as much as info as necessary regarding the intended purpose, be it for personal or commercial use, of the Work before the beginning of production.
Client is able to pay in full up to $100 value, or pay a 50% downpayment for higher value Works.
